Full payment is required to send the sketch first.

I only accept PayPal.

No refunds (unless you are unable to complete your order due to personal problems).

Rush fee: 1/2 price of the commission

Your commission will be published publicly, I will also publish WIPs on my social networks.

Commercial use (merch) : x3 the price

Commercial use (digital) : x2 the price

WIPs will be sent during the sketching phase and the coloring phase.

Major revisions (change of pose or expression) can only be done during the sketching phase.

Estimated turnaround time: 2-6 weeks - Why so long?

The turnaround time depends a lot on: how many people are ahead of you, the number of drawings and the type of assignment (if I need a longer turnaround time due to unforeseen circumstances or complexity of the assignment, I will let you know).

At the moment of the order you will be given a delivery date and a deadline, in case I can't deliver those two dates I am obliged to make you something apart from what you asked me for.

I always want to deliver the best possible result so the drawings have a lot of love so that my clients are happy with their order.

The order will be sent by Email to maintain the quality.

I don't work on weekends, and if I do, it's to get ahead of the backlog.

Remember that I am a human person, I am not a robot, I have a life outside the computer, so patience is very much appreciated, since I am an artist who usually has many orders and I usually take a long time.
